Danny Cooper's Chopper; The Finale

Shawn made a special trip to Phoenix, AZ last week, and spent the day with Danny, adding finishing touches to his bike.

The bike is completely put together and as the picture shows, it is a complete radical custom. All that was left to do was polish and pinstripe.

We're not sure if Dad is supposed to see this picture or not, but Shawn talked Zach into posing on his dad's bike. The sole purpose of this was to show how low the chopper sits to the ground (and to show Danny what we were up to while he was gone to a meeting.)

The guys at the shop, Matt and Matthias, helped Shawn prepare the bike for polish.

Gilbert came over from a neighboring shop and polished the chopper as Shawn wet sanded it.


After it was completely polished and shining like glass, Shawn brought out his pinstriping brushes.

He added light green pinstripes in various places, making the bike even more detailed.
