Coca-Cola art

Downtown Tuscola, IL.
Lots of money, time, and effort have been put into rebuilding the downtown Sale St. Even reopening original businesses from the early 1900's, such as the Candy Kitchen. In the process, they contacted Airbrush/Mural artist, Shawn Ealy, to repaint the original sign into its original form.

When powerwashing the wall, I found original brushmarks and line work from the first Coca-Cola sign painted here. I used what I could from that to redraw the sign. They also had some black and white photos for me to reference from. The project took nearly two weeks for me to complete, and it's great that visitors and Tuscola natives are able to enjoy my artwork and have accepted it as a part of their town.

Wall muralist and airbrush extrordiaire, Shawn Ealy, displays his completed piece in Tuscola, IL.
