Effingham County Fair 2009

As soon as Shawn finished at Coles County, he headed a little farther south to Altamont, IL for the Effingham County Fair.

The ever-popular Love shirts were a hit from the start.

Kerry Luttrell's Idea

Kerry Luttrell had Shawn paint a Red Chevy on a shirt for his wife, Pam, at the Coles County Fair. Afterwards, he got the idea to have the military tank he and his crew manned in Vietnam. The name of the tank was "Death Dealer".

"I got a chance to talk to these guys and get to know them a little bit. I have always loved music and it is great to see young people being creative and working together to make music. It reminds me of my friends and the many good times we had writing, making music, and performing in live shows. I hope they stick with it."

The first day started off with a radical American theme.

This apple design is a great idea for listing your children or grandchildrens names.

"In Memory Of" shirts are a great way to pay tribute to your loved ones.

These beautiful smiling faces hold up their shirt for their mom.

Another display shirt that flew out of the booth.

These girls had Shawn create a pair of wicked clowns.

Good ole Derek Cook stopped by the booth every now and then with his wife, Kimberly, and their daughter, Trinity. After checking out the Shawn Ealy site, they asked Shawn to airbrush a shirt for them. On the back of this shirt is a poem they liked from the website, which Shawn had written for Ali. Shawn also airbrushed a skull on the number plate of Derek's dirtbike.

This lady liked this silhouette display shirt, and bought it right off the rack at closing time.
